Can you imagine sipping espresso from a plastic cup? Can you think of drinking espresso from a styrofoam cup? You cant can you? To drink an espresso you need to sip it from an espresso cup. Espresso wont be espresso if it is in an espresso cup. Espresso cups are the traditional containers for espresso using other containers will certainly cause a difference.
